The site looks nice overall, and I did end up finding what I needed, so that part was fine. It just felt a bit clunky while browsing… like some pages took longer to load than I expected, and the filters weren’t always the easiest to deal with. Checkout went smoothly enough, no real complaints there. I just think the whole thing could be a little more polished, especially on mobile. Not bad, just kind of average

I wasn’t sure at first because it’s simple, and usually I like things with a bit more going on. But it looks really good in my room. It kind of blends in while still making the space feel nicer, if that makes sense. Very much my style, even though I didn’t expect it to be.

I ordered from Linen House and, to be honest, I was a bit cautious at first because I always keep an eye on delivery updates when ordering online. The dispatch email came through quickly, and the parcel actually arrived sooner than I expected.
Everything was packed properly and there were no issues with the delivery, which I really appreciated. I didn’t have to chase anything up or worry about where it was, so overall I’m very happy and would order again...

The fabric is really soft and comfortable, even after washing it, which I was glad to see. It’s not quite as thick as I expected, but it still feels nice and looks good to me. Overall, I’m happy with it, feels like a solid buy, right?

My order arrived fine, but the box was a little crushed and there wasn’t much padding inside. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but I expected it to be packed a bit "better."

so... I bought a quilt cover from Linen House and I’m really happy with it. The fabric feels soft, the stitching looks neat, and it came out of the wash looking just as good

I’m really happy with my order from Linen House. I had a bit of a feeling the colour might turn up looking different in person, but it was almost exactly like the website photos. It just looked right straight away and made matching it with my room so much easier. I’d definitely buy from them again.

These sheets are good for the price. They’re comfortable enough and feel like they’ll hold up fine. I’ve definitely paid more for sheets that didn’t seem any better, so it kind of makes you wonder what some other brands are charging for. No real complaints from me...

I was expecting it to arrive a bit sooner based on the estimated delivery time, so it was a little disappointing when it showed up late. Not a huge deal, but the shipping wasn’t quite as smooth as I hoped...

The return was way more frustrating than it needed to be. My refund took ages to come through, and every time I contacted support it felt like I was being passed around without anyone actually helping. Replies were slow and didn’t really clear anything up.

I had a small issue with my order, which was a bit annoying at first, but the customer service team handled it really well. They got back to me quickly and were friendly without making the whole thing feel like a chore. I wouldn’t say I was thrilled to have to contact support in the first place, but I was really happy with how they sorted it out. I’d buy from Linen House again.

I bought a linen quilt cover and sheet set from Linen House about 9 months ago, and it’s had plenty of use since then. It’s not like it’s been sitting in a guest room untouched.

It’s been washed heaps, the kids have jumped all over the bed, and the dog has definitely made himself a bit too comfortable on it. Even with all that, there’s been no tearing, no odd thinning patches, and the colour still looks good.

It’s not the cheapest option, but common sense says if something actually lasts, it’s usually worth paying a bit more for. I’m happy with it and would buy from them again
